- The models are showing that a weak storm for Sunday may stay to our south and not bring any snow to Long Island and southern New England. Let's see what the models show today and tomorrow as there is still time for it to change. - There is a great deal of uncertainty with a potential storm for New Year's Day as the Euro shows rain as the center of the storm passes to our west, but the GFS keeps the storm well offshore and doesn't really even bring any precipitation to Long Island and southern New England.
