The image below shows the pattern from the Euro for week 3 (Jan 28th to Feb 4th). - While it's not very accurate beyond 5 days, the GFS is showing 3 snow events for the northeast (Jan 20th, 22nd, and 26th). - For the storm this weekend, Long Island appears to be on the northern fringe and may see some light snow showers very late Saturday night into early Sunday morning.
