The "less-than-ideal" weather pattern continues into this weekend 😕 - Cloudy today for Long Island with some sun possible in the afternoon with highs in the low 60's. - Slight chance of a spotty shower tonight and tomorrow, otherwise just cloudy and cool with highs only in the mid 50's tomorrow. - A better chance of some showers Thursday and into parts of the weekend, but the rainfall totals won't be that high as it will mostly be light rain at times. - Check out the temperature contrast over the region on Thursday (2nd image) from the 40's in Boston to near 80 degrees for parts of NJ.
