My Personal Weatherman™
4 nor'easters, viral post, and this coming Friday:
3 years ago today was the 2nd of the amazing 4 March nor'easters in 2018 (1st image). Incredibly, snowfall amounts went from 2 inches to 24 inches in a span of just 20 miles (2nd image), with as much as 18 inches falling in just 3 hours in NY state.
It was my post 9 days before nor'easter #4, in which I posted about some of the models showing 20 inches of snow for Long Island, that went viral and was shared 1,500 times and viewed by a quarter of a million people. And... yes, amazingly, parts of Long Island actually received 20 inches of snow 9 days later!
The 3rd to 5th images show the projected highs for Friday from the GFS, Euro, and National Weather Service, respectively. The cold front will also be approaching, so there will be more clouds and some showers around possibly, depending on the exact timing.
