All systems go for Snow Squall Warnings tomorrow and a Wind Advisory as well:

- There will be numerous Snow Squall Warnings issued across the northeast tomorrow as the Arctic front advances eastward. The snow will come down very heavily for a short period of time with strong wind gusts and can cause major problems on the roads, especially for areas to the north and west of the coast. It will essentially be blizzard conditions for a short period of time (10 to 15 minutes for most locations). The 1st image is for 3 PM tomorrow from the HRRR model.

- A Wind Advisory has been issued for all of Long Island and the entire tri-state area tomorrow from 1 PM to midnight for wind gusts from the west at up to 50 mph.
