Beautiful summer-like weather coming after tomorrow:

- You all know the deal with the humid weather today into tomorrow afternoon with scattered showers and thunderstorms, mostly from this evening into tomorrow late afternoon for Long Island, but neither today or tomorrow will be a washout (see below for details). There is also a tornado threat for later today for NJ into eastern PA and southward (see 2nd image). Also, most of the thunderstorms tomorrow afternoon will be north of Long Island.

- The heat will build with hotter weather each day on Monday and Tuesday with mostly sunny skies, and it will then be cooler on Wednesday.

- It still looks like a chance for a tropical storm in the Gulf next weekend (see 5th image).
