Cold start, but the warmth is coming as dry weather continues:

- The precipitation map below goes through Halloween and it's uncertain as to exactly when there will be some showers early next week.

- No real changes with Tammy as it will weaken later this week as it becomes extratropical.

- There is a slight chance for a tropical system to develop in the southwestern Caribbean in early November and head generally northward towards Cuba and then the Bahamas. Something to keep an eye on for now.
