Could there be another hurricane in the Gulf?

The new Euro ensembles map for the next 10 days shows that besides Hurricane Ida, Tropical Depression Ten, Invest 97L, and the strong hurricane that will develop next week from the wave coming off the coast of Africa Monday night, there is the *potential* for another hurricane in the Gulf of Mexico after developing in the southwestern Caribbean.
