Damaged homes from Hurricane Laura in path of Hurricane Delta:

Here is an aerial shot of Lake Charles, LA with houses still with blue tarps on them from major damage suffered from category 4 Hurricane Laura in late August.

Unfortunately, Hurricane Delta is already starting to re-intensify and will be heading right for the same area with hurricane-force wind gusts.
