- It looks like a great stretch of weather for Long Island, except for Saturday. It will also be hot on Friday for areas of the northeast away from the coast. Humid with periods of showers and thunderstorms with the front from late Friday night into late Saturday night, but it should clear in time for a nice Sunday and a great 4th of July!
- Potential Tropical Cyclone Two is expected to become Tropical Storm Bonnie late today as it continues it's very southern track as it skims the northern coast of Venezuela and then strengthens before an expected landfall possibly as a hurricane in Nicaragua Friday night.
- Invest 95L will bring plenty of rain for the coast of Texas the next few days.
- The system over the central Atlantic is being given a 30% chance of tropical development within the next 5 days as it heads towards the Caribbean islands.
