Euro ensembles and maps for Philippe and Rina:

Philippe is the winner and will very likely become a hurricane, and Rina will weaken and become a remnant low in a couple of days. While Philippe is projected to curve east of Bermuda, it's interesting that some ensemble members have it eventually heads towards Nova Scotia or Newfoundland.
