Future radar and some comments:
- Here is the future radar from 6 AM tomorrow to 2 PM Thursday from the NAM model. There may be a bit of a lull with some lighter scattered showers for Long Island tomorrow late afternoon and evening before the really heavy rain arrives overnight into Thursday morning. Expect around 4 inches of rain for Long Island with locally higher amounts.
- See previous post for the full update, which also covers future Hurricane Larry and the rest of the tropics.
- I will be posting the latest rainfall maps later this morning, and I will also post the wind gust map.
- Friday and Saturday are going to be amazing!
