New snow and precipitation maps for tonight into tomorrow from the new HRRR run with future radar maps for tomorrow at 6 AM, 12 PM, and 6 PM. It's also showing wind chill temperatures in the 30's tomorrow with highs only in the low 40's for Long Island. Remember, 5 days ago the GFS was showing nothing at all, even offshore, and the National Weather Service was saying mostly sunny for Long Island.

New GFS run now showing up to 20 inches of rain in Florida over the next 10 days! This is a model run, not a forecast, but the Model Blend is now showing max amounts over 10 inches, so stay tuned.

Cold at night the middle of next week with temperatures in the 30°'s showing up away from the coast and at elevation and even some 20°'s for the mountain peaks 🥶

The new GFS run is showing as much as 18 inches of rain in central Florida over the next 15 days. See previous post for the full update and the Model Blend rainfall map for the next 10 days.
