Hot and dry before the humidity with some showers and thunderstorms with downpours!

Just a hot summer day in mid-July today (2nd image) with increasing humidity tonight and then a very humid stretch through the weekend with occasional periods of showers and thunderstorms with some heavy downpours, and I have included the 5-day rainfall map below.
