Hot and humid with evening t-storms and then a comfortable air mass until Thurs with rain Friday PM:

- The timing of the thunderstorms still looks to be this evening for Long Island, mostly between 7 PM and 11 PM, but this will be refined later. Not everyone will get a thunderstorm though will be north of Long Island where a tornado is possible. The 3rd image is for 9 PM, but the timing can still be a little earlier than that, and it's just to show the general idea. It will be radar-watching time later today into the evening.

- Comfortable weather tomorrow through most of next week with low to moderate humidity and comfortable nights in the low to mid 60's.

- More humid and breezy on Friday with a period of showers and thunderstorms around afternoon/ evening, and then probably a nice weekend.
