ICON model starts the 12Z runs with impressive snow totals for the bomb cyclone nor'easter:

There are likely going to be some crazy snow totals in the higher elevations of New England.

You can see the video below with the ICON showing the storm rapidly strengthening (down to 971 mb) until Tuesday afternoon as it stalls and then gradually weakens and pulls away.

The ICON typically shows a "warmer" solution, so it's impressive with the snow it's showing. Keep in mind that the snow map also shows snow from the first system.
