The epic Long Island flash flood of 2014 with 11 inches of rain in 3 hours was 9 years ago today!

I know many of you remember this in south-central Suffolk. Greater than 5 inches of rain in 1 hour with a NY state 24-hour rainfall record of 13.57 inches!
