- For Long Island, the forecast is below, and the chances for snow are low, LOL.
- The first system, for tomorrow into Friday in the northeast, will produce snow for central to northern New England, and the snow map is in the 2nd image. I may post a future radar video later this morning.
- As of now, both the Sunday afternoon into Monday afternoon storm and the Wednesday into Thursday storm next week look to be strong storms that track right along the coast (see 8th and 9th images), so the snow will mostly be in interior central to northern NY/New England with rain and wind for Long Island and southeastern New England, but I will watch for shifts, especially for the storm for next Wed/Thurs, and I will keep updating.
- I still can't access the Model Blend snow maps, so I have posted snow maps below from the GFS, Euro, and Euro ensemble mean.
- For Long Island, it looks like 2 to 3 inches of rain from the next 3 storms combined (see 10th image).
- Behind the storm next Wed/Thurs, colder air will move in, so let's see how the potential storm around Jan 30th to Feb 1st looks as we get a little closer.
