Late next week:

Very mild next Thursday (1st image) for the northeast ahead of the big storm going through the Great Lakes (2nd image) with a snowstorm on the northwestern side of the storm and rain and potentially strong wind gusts (40 to 60 mph, highest at elevation and along the coast, see 3rd image in knots, even though it might be overdone) with the cold front coming through the northeast Thursday night into Friday morning, followed by some very cold air for Friday night into Saturday (see 4th image for wind chills early Saturday morning) before above average temperatures return starting next Sunday and probably lasting at least through February 23rd.
