The NHC is now up to 90%, but that's just a formality as Tropical Storm Tammy will form in 2 or 3 days with a chance for it to become a hurricane. The tracks have been shifting a bit north, so maybe we can hope for an earlier curve north. However, this looks concerning for the northeastern Caribbean islands.
