Latest on Sally as track shifts eastward:
Tropical Storm Sally is strengthening as the maximum sustained winds are up to 65 mph, and the pressure is down to 991 mb. It is expected to become a hurricane later today or tonight. With the center having re-formed to the east, the forecast landfall location has shifted eastward as well, more towards the central MS coast. The NHC is still projecting it to peak around 90 mph maximum sustained winds, but it could become a little stronger than that.
