Let's go! Models getting more bullish on mid-month northeast snow potential:
I'm sure some of you have seen the big snowstorm the GFS is showing for March 18th (1st and 2nd images). It's obviously in the long-range, and the GFS-Parallel isn't showing it, but a snowstorm is possible around that time, as shown by some of the Euro ensemble members. We'll just have to wait and see how the pattern evolves. Before then though, some snow is possible for central to northern NY state and New England next weekend. I'll have a quick update by around 4:30 AM tomorrow.

- 3rd image: Projected snowfall for Long Island for the next 15 days as a running total from every Euro ensemble member
