Low 90's for parts of New England today (Friday the 13th):

- You can see the hot weather for today for parts of the northeast in the 2nd image.

- While there will be some morning fog and possible drizzle or a scattered shower, there won't be a lot of total rainfall over the next few days on Long Island (see last image). There will be some sunshine on Sunday afternoon and also Monday morning, and a break of sun can't be ruled out tomorrow late morning or early afternoon. The best organized area of rainfall is later afternoon and evening on Monday with the cold front. Lower humidity then for Tuesday to Thursday next week.

- Still watching for the potential for tropical development in the western Caribbean with it possibly heading northward into the Gulf after May 20th.
