Maps from National Weather Service, GFS, Canadian, RGEM, and NAM:
While we wait for the new Euro run, the 1st image shows another version of the National Weather Service snow map, and remember it only goes through 7 AM Thursday, so there will be additional accumulations after that in eastern New England. You can see that they highlight the uncertainty on Long Island.
The new runs of the GFS (2nd image) and Canadian (3rd image) basically keep it all snow on Long Island, and the new RGEM (4th image) only has some rain for extreme southeastern Suffolk with a crushing snowfall for northwestern Long Island. The 12km NAM (5th image) continues to be the farthest to the northwest with the snow, but it trended southeast a little in its latest run.
