New 06Z Euro ensembles with a slightly better look for snow this weekend:

The new ensembles go out to 1 AM Sunday (right before the clocks go ahead 1 hour), and they have a slightly stronger and farther north track than the overnight run. In the ensemble member maps below you can see that there is still a wide range of possible outcomes.

The 1st image is for 7 PM Saturday, and the 2nd and 3rd images are for the period from 7 PM Saturday to 1 AM Sunday. The snow maps only go until 1 AM Sunday, and you can see in the previous images that it will still be snowing for some areas for some of the ensemble members at that time.

So, despite what some are saying/posting and what you see in some weather apps/forecasts, it's still uncertain as to exactly how this will play out. Stay tuned!
