Nice the next few days, especially Wednesday, late-week rain, and an update on the tropics:

- Outside of a slight chance of a stray shower this evening and late tomorrow, generally beautiful weather the next few days, especially on Wednesday with high pressure more centered over us with blue skies and low humidity.

- Clouds and humidity start to increase on Thursday with Friday being the main day of scattered showers and thunderstorms at times into Friday night.

- Saturday should be ok, but there is still a chance of a couple of stray showers and thunderstorms.

- For the tropics, we have the 2 systems that are nothing to worry about (see 3rd image), but at least one of them should become a named storm.

- It's very early and nothing to worry about and it's barely worth mentioning, but I am watching it like a hawk and a handful of Euro ensemble members (out of 50) are showing the potential for a hurricane to be heading in the general direction of the United States after August 10th (see 4th image).
