Quick update on the rain and wind coming to Long Island and southern New England with no 2nd wave:
It looks like we may not get the 2nd storm for Wednesday night into Thursday morning.
It looks like a period of moderate to heavy rain from late Tuesday night into Wednesday morning with around 2 inches of rain for Long Island.
The Euro is showing wind gust potential of up to 60 mph, but gusts in the 35 to 45 mph (from the south) range seem more likely, especially in Suffolk.
