Invest 95L is still being given a 70% chance of tropical development by the National Hurricane Center. There is still uncertainty in the track though, and it doesn't look like it would become a hurricane.
It still looks like there is a chance of another tropical system in the southern Caribbean in early November.
The potential coastal storm depends on if phasing of northern stream and southern stream energy occurs. The time-frame would more likely be on Friday next week rather than on Halloween. The 4th image shows the projected storm locations from the Euro ensemble members at 8 AM next Friday.
