See previous post for the latest official snow maps, but here's the new HRRR snow map and also the snow depth map at 5 PM from the HRRR, which shows that while you may get 6 inches of snow on Long...

... Island, due to compaction and melting, you may only have 3 to 4 inches of snow depth. The 3rd and 4th images are for Noon and 3 PM, respectively.

New GFS run now showing up to 20 inches of rain in Florida over the next 10 days! This is a model run, not a forecast, but the Model Blend is now showing max amounts over 10 inches, so stay tuned.

Cold at night the middle of next week with temperatures in the 30°'s showing up away from the coast and at elevation and even some 20°'s for the mountain peaks 🥶
