- As I posted about yesterday and last night, we have the cold front coming through this morning with some rain showers changing to wet snow showers with no accumulations on the roads for Long Island.
- Then we have the weak system for late tonight into early tomorrow morning with Long Island on the northern fringe with a chance of light snow or flurries between around 1 AM and 6 AM tomorrow morning with a slight chance of a coating of snow with lows in the upper 20's.
- Both the Euro and GFS showed the Arctic blast not extending as far south on Friday night into Saturday morning; however, their respective ensemble means only shifted slightly less cold as they are both around 3 degrees for lows for Long Island.
- You know about the milder weather for next week with no snowstorms in sight (see the 10-day Model Blend snow map below).
