Southeastern trend continues as tomorrow afternoon looks better:

The storm has continued to trend southeastward, so it will only be approximately 7 to 8 hours of rain for Long Island with amounts ranging from around 0.5" in Nassau to close to 0.75" in eastern Suffolk. The HRRR model shows it ending around 11 AM in Nassau and around 1 PM in eastern Suffolk.
