Tammy now projected to peak with 100 mph maximum sustained winds with max gusts of 120 mph, and if you thought this hurricane season was active, just wait until next year! It has the potential to be a hyperactive year as the sea surface temperatures will likely be just as warm, but with less wind shear with El Nino gone by then.
