The 2nd image shows the projected temperatures at 1 PM tomorrow, and you can clearly see the location of the cold front.
The 3rd image shows the projected rainfall through 8 PM Saturday from the National Weather Service.
The last image shows the projected temperatures for Long Island for the next 10 days from the National Weather Service model blend.
Tonight: Increasing clouds and still breezy with only a slight chance of a scattered shower after 4 AM. Lows in the upper 50's.
Tomorrow: Cloudy with some widely scattered showers at times, especially for western Long Island and in the afternoon, and becoming a steadier rain in the evening and at night. Temperatures slowly dropping throughout the day from the low to mid 60's in the morning to the mid 50's by late afternoon. 1 to 1.25 inches of rain is likely by Saturday morning.
Saturday: Breezy and chilly with rain ending from around 4 AM to 7 AM from west to east with the sun then coming out quickly by mid morning. Highs only around 60 degrees.
Sunday: Mostly sunny with highs in the low 60's.
Monday: Partly cloudy with highs in the mid 60's.
Tuesday: Partly cloudy with highs in the mid to upper 60's.
