- Some areas of rain and drizzle with some wet snow to the north of Long Island as it gradually shifts east and breaks apart this afternoon (the 2nd and 3rd images are for 9 AM and 2 PM, respectively), but it will be breezy and very chilly with highs only in the mid 40's on Long Island. - A cold night tonight with widespread mid 20's away from the coast (see 4th image). - It turns milder Friday, but especially for Saturday to Monday with highs in the low 60's before a chance of some rain on Tuesday with chilly weather to follow for mid to late next week and through next weekend (see 5th image).
