Wind and Snow:
- The Euro and GFS are still showing the potentially damaging wind gusts for Long Island and eastern New England on Christmas, but the exact timing is still uncertain. The 1st image is from the Euro, and it's in knots, but the actual wind gusts will likely be lower.
- Where can I sign up for Euro ensemble member 29? It's showing 29 inches of snow for Long Island, LOL (see 2nd image). While it's laughable, there will be chances for snow in the northeast at the end of the month and beginning of January.
- Light snow in the northeast tomorrow. Mostly rain for Long Island, but northwestern Long Island could see wet snow showers. The 3rd and 4th images are for 2 PM and 6 PM tomorrow from the NAM.
