This is beyond day 10 and pure fantasyland, which is why I consistently post the ensembles, so you can see the full range of possible outcomes. While this scenario is not impossible, it is nothing to worry about at this stage. The new run of the Canadian model has it go over the Florida Keys as a strong tropical storm and then become a strong hurricane in the Gulf of Mexico. The future track beyond day 5 is highly uncertain still.
