As I mentioned in my blog entry this morning, the tropics are heating up, and several models are showing that a tropical storm will form in the next few days out in the Atlantic Ocean. While it' s still far too soon to know the eventual track and strength of the storm, the new run of the GFS model just now is showing it to strengthen into a major hurricane, and it's showing it take a track towards the east coast of the United States around August 14th. I will continue to monitor all of the computer models and post updates. Again, there is nothing to worry about at this time.
