Just to keep it fun, this is Easter morning (April 9th) from the Euro and GFS:

The 2nd image is 2 AM on Easter morning from the GFS. Below normal temperatures are expected (see 3rd and 4th images), but this is still an extreme long shot for Long Island.

I'll have a brief update with the new Euro ensembles between 3:45 and 3:55 AM tomorrow.

National Weather Service going with 52 degrees on Long Island early tomorrow morning at Westhampton Beach airport with good radiational cooling conditions.

Here are the Euro ensembles for the potential tropical system, and they aren't overly impressive since there are 50 ensemble members, but it still needs to be watched.
