The initial wave will really only produce snow for northern areas of the northeast, mainly at higher elevations, and it will be changing to rain from south to north. Then we will see that slight chance for snow for some areas of the northeast from the secondary storm for Saturday night into Sunday morning (see 50 maps from the brand-new Euro ensembles).
