Oppressively hot/humid Wednesday and especially Thursday!

The heat index could get close to 105 degrees in NYC and 100 degrees in Nassau on Thursday. Severe thunderstorms possible in New England from the cold front Thursday afternoon/evening.

I'll have a brief update with the new Euro ensembles between 3:45 and 3:55 AM tomorrow.

National Weather Service going with 52 degrees on Long Island early tomorrow morning at Westhampton Beach airport with good radiational cooling conditions.

Here are the Euro ensembles for the potential tropical system, and they aren't overly impressive since there are 50 ensemble members, but it still needs to be watched.
