Quick update with the latest info and a few comments as I get caught up with more posts coming:

Very good agreement on the track, and it's quite possible that it will reach hurricane status before making landfall in Florida. It will be a highly asymmetric storm with most of the action north of the center. Significant coastal flooding all the way up into the Carolinas with long duration onshore flow.
