Update on the Fri/Sat storm from the new GFS and Canadian runs with the Euro to follow:

- The timing of the GFS is considerably earlier than the Canadian and Euro as the GFS has snow starting on Long Island Friday morning while the Canadian has it start around late afternoon. The new GFS run is showing around 4 hours of snow on Long Island before changing to rain.

- The 1st image is the future radar from the GFS for 1 PM Friday, although that timing may be too early.

- The 2nd image is the GFS 24-hour snow map from Friday morning into Saturday morning.

- The 3rd image is the map from the Canadian model for the period 1 AM to 7 AM on Saturday morning.

- I will update this afternoon with the Euro and then the Euro ensembles.
