***4:10 AM post: Nadine has formed and an update on Invest 94L and a slowly increasing chance of an early November hurricane***

- Nadine will be heading into Belize as minimal tropical storm today with up to 12 inches of rain.

- Invest 94L is being given a 30% chance of tropical development in the near-term. The next name on the list is Oscar. The Euro ensembles show it becoming a stronger storm after it turns to the NNE and heads in the general direction of Bermuda.

- The Euro ensembles are becoming more bullish on a potential tropical storm or hurricane forming in the western Caribbean around Halloween or in early November. I will continue to update on this.
