4 AM update on Debby with increased intensity for Florida and insane max rainfall amounts of 15 to 25 inches in the southeast and potentially 6 to 10 inches in the northeast.

- The new NOAA NWS National Hurricane Center advisory will come out at 5 AM, but in their last full advisory, they increased it to 85 mph at landfall in Florida with higher gusts and a storm surge of 6 to 10 feet!

- You can see the rainfall maps below with crazy amounts of rain in the southeast with the very slow movement.

- While it's still uncertain, it should eventually head up into the northeast after having weakened inland in terms of wind. It looks like possibly from Thursday night into Saturday, but stay tuned! The rainfall map in the northeast also includes rain before then, particularly thunderstorms later tonight into tonight and then more rain on Tuesday into Wed morning.

- Check out the 15-day ensembles map below. It shows the potential for 2 more hurricanes. The first could head towards Texas and the 2nd could stay out in the Atlantic. Also, the ensembles show the potential for Debby to re-intensify and head generally towards Nova Scotia.
