- You all know about the slow movement of Debby as it will eventually make another landfall, this time in South Carolina as around a 60 mph tropical storm with rainfall amounts locally up to 20 inches.
- A stalled frontal boundary with very humid air will lead to heavy showers and thunderstorms for southern areas the northeast today with potentially dangerous flash flooding from locally torrential downpours. Some areas could get up to 6 inches of rain just through tonight! Please see the 8th and 9th images for the NAM and HRRR rainfall maps through 8 PM tomorrow.
- The remnants of Debby finally start moving later this week and then really pick up speed as it brings periods of heavy rain Thursday night into Saturday afternoon with wind gusts potentially up to 40 mph for the coast, depending on the track still. See 6th and 7th images for potential tracks.
