- Perfect weather today for Long Island with sunshine, blue skies, very low humidity, and a light northwest breeze with temperatures in the 70's.
- There is some uncertainty for tomorrow late afternoon into Friday morning. The NAM is very aggressive with some scattered showers beginning as early as mid to late afternoon tomorrow on Long Island. The Euro and HRRR have some scattered showers beginning later tomorrow night into Friday morning.
- You can see the Euro ensembles in the 2nd image, and it looks like a pretty good chance for the wave coming off the coast of Africa to become Tropical Storm Danny, but much less of a chance that it survives the long journey across the Atlantic. Also, it looks like there is only a very slight chance of tropical development in the western Caribbean and heading into the Gulf of Mexico.
