Brief update on Phillipe and future Rina:

High uncertainty with how Philippe and future Rina play out, but the good news is that anything strong likely curves north. Let's see what the NHC says at 5:00 with Philippe, but the Euro ensembles are showing Philippe dying out with Rina becoming a hurricane and turning northward.
