Cold start and then spring begins at 5:24 PM with milder weather ahead and then unsettled:

- After a cold start this morning, it will be a really nice day, but tomorrow is the pick of the week with milder temperatures well into the 50's with just some high clouds late in the day.

- Clouds increase on Wednesday with an unsettled stretch of weather into late Saturday night. Any rain on Friday is dependent on whether or not the front sinks just south of Long Island, so the forecast could trend drier for Friday. The main storm is then for Saturday into late Saturday night/ early Sunday morning with a cooler rain for Long Island, but there will be some wintry weather for central to northern NY/New England as secondary low pressure intensifies near the New England coast.
