Tammy is still a hurricane and will eventually turn westward as it weakens, there will be some higher elevation snow in northern NY and northern New England this afternoon into tonight (3rd image is 8 PM tonight), and it will be windy and chilly with Monday night being the coldest night (and becoming nearly calm), but the main story is the dry stretch for Long Island through next weekend and the big northeast warm-up from Wednesday to Saturday:
