***Full update on Oscar, the next potential hurricane, the warm and beautiful weather continuing in the northeast with 2 cold fronts to come, and a look at Halloween***

- Oscar is a tropical storm over eastern Cuba and it will head NNE towards or just west of Bermuda late Wednesday night and then towards Newfoundland on Friday as a strong extratropical storm.

- The Euro ensembles continue to show a potential hurricane in the central or western Caribbean in early November with it eventually starting to head anywhere from NW to N to NE (see 3rd image).

- Very warm today with some readings in the low 80's in northeastern NJ and upper 70's for Nassau and mid to upper 70's for Suffolk. Very low humidity, possibly as low as 25% this afternoon in parts of central Long Island.

- A cold front comes through the northeast late Wednesday night into Thursday morning with a few showers, mainly to the north and inland, so it will be cold Thursday night and cool and breezy on Friday.

- Another cold front comes through Saturday morning with showers again mainly north and west of Long Island. This will lead to a cold Saturday night and breezy and chilly/cool Sunday.

- Dry weather then through Halloween with a warming trend with highs possibly in the low 70's on Long Island on Halloween with the GFS still showing upper 70's.
